Responsibilities:
The Solution Advisory team, as part of the Ultimate Success Program, leverages high technical expertise and deep product knowledge to provide Success Accelerator Service. This position primarily involves leading a team that delivers services centered around Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Commerce. You're responsible for those :
Direct management responsibilities for all designated resources, planning, productivity, delivery quality, team objectives, morale, and culture.
Motivate the team to deliver world-class customer experiences across multiple channels Setting quarterly individual goals and providing ongoing performance feedback
Evaluate measurement criteria to identify trends and drive improvements in organizational performance, including customer satisfaction, operating efficiency, and product quality. Works on issues where analysis of situation or data requires a review of relevant factors; exercises judgment within defined procedures and policies to figure out appropriate action.
Engaging in support of key accounts and critical issue management by helping the technical engagement and the communication among collaborators.
Closely Working with Global colleagues and Product Teams to accelerate the initiatives and collect the product and technical information.
Requirements:
Requires 4-year degree (or equivalent industry experience) and a minimum of 6 - 10 years of experience supporting customers or internal partners in a fast-paced, enterprise-level, mission-critical software support environment
Superior communications skills (presentation, written, and verbal) and ability to interact effectively with all levels of professional staff.
Ability to explain complex concepts simply
Native Japanese and Business-Level English
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to navigate challenging situations in a professional manner
A proven track record of growing the scope of a team
Technical Skills: Knowledge of JSPs, Servlets, Java Script, Java programming; UNIX (AIX, LINUX) and Windows Server operating systems; Analyzing HTTP logs, Thread dumps, Heap Dumps; Databases (Oracle, MySQL, MySQL); Git, Maven for creating hotfix and catering backport requests; Tools such as Eclipse, DB Query browser, Networking (TCP/IP, various Network)
Nice to Have : Experience of Implementation and Operation for Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Commerce
