Job Description:

Join Adobe as the Senior Manager - Japan ICX (Integrated Customer Experience) Sales and Support and lead our sales efforts in one of the most outstanding regions. This is an outstanding opportunity to craft and drive our partner operations strategy, ensuring flawless execution and outstanding growth. You will collaborate with world-class teams to successfully implement our sales vision and compete at the highest levels.


 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative strategies that align partner operations with our ambitious sales objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team to exceed sales targets and drive business growth across JAPAC.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, both locally and globally, to build an inclusive and seamless partner experience.
  • Manage and optimize vendor relationships to ensure excellent performance and service delivery.
  • Provide insights and mentorship to refine processes and elevate Adobe's SaaS product offerings in the market.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Over 5 years of management experience in B2B sales, partner operations, or customer success.
  • Demonstrated goal-oriented approach with a proven history of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and implement strategies for scaling Adobe’s sales operations.
  • Proficient business-level communication skills in both Japanese and English, capable of engaging with local and global collaborators.
  • Proven experience in managing vendors to achieve results through third-party partnerships.
     

Good-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with SaaS product offerings and business management experience in subscription services.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative products and hands-on experience as a user.
