The Opportunity
Love to innovate while helping customers meet their online business goals? The Senior Data Technical Consultant position is a client-facing role requiring both technical and business/marketing knowledge and skills! Technical Consultants build and develop Analytics & Target solutions to meet customer's business objectives, experience optimization and reporting needs. In addition, consultants help each customer implement the solution throughout their websites and applications, perform quality checks to ensure that the implementation work has been completed successfully, and diagnose and resolve technical issues when they arise. While not a programming position, it is a very technical job with constant customer interaction and opportunities to innovate!
What you’ll do
Provide Implementation consultancy, Customer Assistance and post-implementation support to Adobe Analytics/Target clients in their deployment and use of Adobe Analytics/Target solution. Specifically (but not limited to):
- Gain an in-depth knowledge of a client’s website and mobile architecture, online business model, and online marketing strategy
- Support customer discovery sessions and help guide client's business requirements and key performance indicators
- Guide customers through the process of implementing Target Activities.
- Design customized solutions and technical tag implementation strategies
- Generate customized digital analytics collection code and assist with its implementation and deployment
- Support client’s developers and third parties throughout the implementation process
What you need to succeed
- +10 years’ experience working in digital analytics or a related field or similar tools, tag management systems and data layers
- Solid grasp of online marketing, HTML and web protocols
- Intermediate-to-advanced JavaScript skills
- Be results-oriented, responsive, professional and dedicated to customer success
- Possess a creative and problem-solving mentality
- Good interpersonal, presentation, and soft skills – both verbal and written
- Ability to learn quickly, be an excellent teammate, and handle change efficiently
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Special consideration given for:
- Experience with Adobe Analytics/Target/Launch
- Marketing & content optimization experience
- Website optimization consulting experience
- Web development experience
- Experience with Single Page Application (SPA)
- Expertise with mobile and/or media analytics
- Vertical industry experience
- Fluent in Korean and English
- Knowledge of HTML DOM manipulation and page load events a plus
- Project Management skills a plus
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision a plus
- Experience leading team members will be a plus
