The Opportunity

This position is a service delivery role within Adobe's Professional Services team and the Consultant will provide advice and support to clients for implementing Adobe solutions, and any technical advisory required afterward. This is a client-facing role that requires the consultant to collaborate closely with the client, understand their technical and business requirements, and then implement the Adobe solution in a way that enhances the client's value from the solution. Working at multiple levels with the customer and their systems integrator partners, you will evaluate the proposed solution, assess risks, confirm requirements, document integration points, and manage resource requirements. You will oversee the delivery and acceptance of the project from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.

What you’ll do

  • Work with clients and/or internal relatives to assess business, technical requirements
  • Understand and become a business practitioner and consultant of Adobe’s Digital Experience Products covering Marketing, Commerce & Experience.
  • Client facing business discovery workshops and billable project consulting executions covering Growth & Performance Marketing, Marketing Funnel optimization, Campaign & Journey improvements, increased customer acquisition, conversion and revenue growth across digital channels.
  • Be responsible for transferring and ensuring business requirements into technical specs, matching business problems to technology, providing technical skills on the ground with customers and alongside partners as well as evangelizing the value of Adobe’s vast array of technologies.
  • Proactive problem diagnosis, troubleshooting and developing customer specific solutions where necessary and document them
  • Knowledge transfer/Training to customers on solution implemented
  • Build excellent working relationship with Onshore Consulting team, Learn and Adopt best- practices from such teams globally
  • Work closely with Adobe’s Services Sales to create new opportunities for Services Consulting & Professional services sales in existing accounts on with new clients.

What you need to succeed:

  • 3-5 years’ experience as a consultant, preferably delivering large enterprise-based from consulting or a vendor perspective.
  • Knowledge of content management systems, web development technologies, and accessibility standards.
  • Good communication skills to ensure effective customer interactions, communications, and documentation
  • Experience in working with global teams across different geographies.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Project Management skills a plus
  • Experience in delivering projects using an agile methodology, e.g. SCRUM.
  • Experience preferable in using project delivery tools such as JIRA, Rally, etc.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science or similar discipline.
