The challenge

Adobe’s Digital Strategy Group (DSG) works with many of the world’s top brands to recommend strategies for customer-experience transformation and digital innovation. Our engagements employ CX (Customer Experience) Innovation Strategy, customer-journey mapping, digital maturity assessments, industry research, value modeling and other techniques to deliver high-impact recommendations. Our group includes alumni from top consulting firms, digital organizations and universities. Today, Adobe is at the forefront of enabling our customers’ digital transformation and new experience-led business models.
 

What you’ll do

As a Senior Digital Strategist, you will focus on customer’s decision making to use our solutions though leading CX transformation strategy engagements. For each engagement, you will quarterback a team of specialists (in areas such as digital marketing, customer-experience design, and marketing analytics) to conduct analyses, develop insights, and deliver effective recommendations. You will advise senior executives and use your experience to become a trusted advisor. You will also be a thought leader on trends, digital innovation, use cases for Adobe technology, and relevant research in each industry.

What you need to succeed

  • Experience leading engagements in a top management consulting firm or digital agency
  • High degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to absorb new technologies quickly
  • Bilingual of English and Japanese above Business level
  • Sales mind-set / entrepreneurs mind -set is a plus
  • Expertise in one of the following industries: Financial Services
  • Expertise in developing customer experience or marketing strategies, along with a high-level understanding of the technologies and tactics needed for execution
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills, with ability to engage and inspire senior executives
  • Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills including talent for conducting research, analyzing data, developing hypotheses, and synthesizing recommendations
  • Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree
