The Opportunity
The Ultimate Success offering is a service that supports the Adobe Digital Experience and Digital Media product suite. These services are used to proactively maintain healthy technical structures and reactively triage issues as they arise.
This outstanding opportunity allows you to be at the forefront of Adobe's innovative solutions, ensuring our clients receive world-class support and service. You will play a key role in maintaining and improving the technical integrity of our products, ensuring they perform exceptionally well at all times.
What You'll Do
As a Strategy Delivery Manager, you will be dedicated to understanding our customers' specific needs and goals. Your role will involve enabling sales execution for the Ultimate Success product and guiding our delivery teams with precision and agility. By doing so, you will help them focus on serving our end customers quickly and efficiently. We aim for flawless implementation of strategic internal initiatives and the timely delivery of solutions that exceed our customers' expectations.
You will have a significant impact in determining and successfully implementing strategies that align with our clients' ambitions. Your proven ability to navigate and manage complex technical landscapes will ensure that our delivery teams can compete effectively and deliver unparalleled results.
- Serve as the regional Ultimate Success delivery team point of contact and drive global knowledge management of processes, reporting goals and internal system usage.
- Provide centralized service to Sales Specialists in your region to ensure consistent and customized messaging.
- Facilitate weekly sessions to review sales pipeline, blocking issues, key priorities, and provide internal system and reporting roadmap.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate the smooth transition of Ultimate Success Delivery initiatives. Collaborate with colleagues to identify and implement strategies that improve efficiency and align with business objectives.
- Ensure all requirements for internal systems, tools, processes, and reporting are funneled into the internal operations teams. Own gathering business requirements and contribute to global prioritization needed to implement the changes and maintain global standardization.
- Act as the key contributor into our internal enablement and change management framework. You will help craft the internal messaging and enablement plan so it represents the needs in your region to support the service offering.
- Work closely with the Resource Management Office regarding any staffing needs and/or processes to ensure timely flow of work to support flawless execution of services.
What You Need To Succeed
- 10 years of experience building and completing scaled global technical teams and/or internal operations teams.
- Experience in operations management and/or vendor management.
- Experience working with and presenting to executive leadership.
- Knowledge of Adobe technologies and products.
- Knowledge of the enterprise technology sales process.
- Expertise in taking complex business challenges and/or solutions and structuring and presenting them in a way that delivers insights and is meaningful for the target audience.
