Challenges

Adobe is seeking a dedicated and proactive Account Executive to drive revenue growth within enterprise accounts in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This individual will serve as a key sales representative for the industry-leading Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
The Adobe Experience Cloud is a comprehensive service that includes a full suite of analytics, advertising, targeting, and web experience management solutions, along with a real-time dashboard that provides everything Digital Marketers need to stay ahead and succeed. The Account Executive will be responsible for delivering revenue and exceeding sales targets through a combination of direct and partner selling activities.

What You Will Do

  • Sell Adobe’s Experience Cloud solutions to various industry-leading enterprise companies (e.g., Media & Entertainment, Telecommunications, High Tech Manufacturing, Automotive, Retail, Consumer Products, and Financial Services).
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, business models, and channels to extend Adobe’s market reach and drive new revenue.
  • Engage with executives: Represent Adobe with the highest level of professionalism and effectively establish and maintain relationships at an executive level with customers and partners.
  • Achieve individually assigned sales quotas both quarterly and annually with full accountability.
  • Manage internal partnerships: Collaborate effectively with business support teams, global peers, and professional services teams.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Experience in enterprise sales with global companies as customers.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly illustrate return on investment.
  • Fluent in Japanese, with the ability to engage in positive discussions in English with overseas clients.
  • 5+ years of total work experience, including at least 5 years in a large IT multinational company or major public-listed company (IT/software or related industries preferred). Ideally, you will meet one or more of the following criteria:
    • 3+ years of solution selling experience to large Japanese enterprise firms in a competitive market.
    • 3+ years of selling consulting services with software licenses.
    • 3+ years of working with System Integrators and local Japan resellers and partners.
    • Experience in online marketing, digital advertising, or analytics would be a plus.
    • Experience in marketing automation solution selling would be a plus.
    • Experience in content management system selling would be a plus.
