Responsibilities:

  • Build, handle, and improve custom reports with detailed web performance metrics to identify, supervise, and boost data consistency and reporting.
  • Accountable for producing and delivering regular reports to customers.
  • Partner with the US Web Analytics team to generate insights for Adobe Digital Experience business.
  • Collaborate closely with the team to ensure outputs meet partner requirements.
  • Support team leads with deeper analytics needs through both ad hoc and regular reporting.
  • Improve customer experience across various touchpoints on Business.adobe.com.
  • Draw insights and hypotheses from dashboards and numerical data.
  • Build new data sets or aggregate data from existing tables for comprehensive analysis.
  • Understand complex business processes to drive action, anticipate needs, and automate recurring tasks.
  • Analyze diverse data sets to draw clear, actionable conclusions.
  • Navigate ambiguity and discern underlying requests or issues.
  • Drive online analytics initiatives and provide bi-weekly progress updates.

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in a Digital/Web Analytics role.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Analytics, Analysis Workspace, Excel, PPT, and SQL.
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, and Python is a plus.
  • Experience in building advanced dashboards, preferably with Power BI.
  • Proven ability to handle large data sets.
  • Strong curiosity and work ethic to dive into datasets and narrate compelling stories.
  • Innovative and analytical approach to interpret user journeys and web experience data, translating findings for varied audiences.
  • Ability to master core skills within a stipulated time and establish yourself as an authority.
  • Outstanding collaboration skills to ensure efficient outcomes across teams.
