We are looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineering Manager to lead our team of hard-working machine learning and software engineers. In this role, you will spearhead our pioneering AI initiatives and work collaboratively with various departments to craft powerful AI solutions, taking responsibility of delivering end to end customer facing engineering solutions. Your contributions will play a crucial role in improving user experiences and unlocking new business opportunities.What you’ll do
- Lead and mentor a team of machine learning engineers and data scientists, encouraging a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Set performance goals, conduct regular evaluations, and support team members in their professional development.
- Scale the team by recruiting top AI and GenAI talent.
- Develop and implement a technical roadmap for AI and GenAI solutions, using the latest innovation in the field.
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of trustworthy and scalable AI/ML models.
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of AI and GenAI projects from ideation to deployment and monitoring.
- Set up benchmarks and metrics to gauge the success and impact of AI and GenAI endeavors.
- Stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and methodologies in AI and GenAI, and integrate them into our products as appropriate.
- Drive experimentation with GenAI models and evaluate their applicability in solving business problems.
- Master or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
- Must have demonstrated ability in AI/ML engineering and at least 5 years in a managerial position. Must have successfully completed sophisticated AI/ML projects.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and other AI/ML libraries.
- Strong experience with machine learning frameworks such as SageMaker, TensorFlow, Pytorch.
- Solid understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Familiar with public cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in GenAI and Large Language Models (GPT, BERT) is a plus
- Experience in Streamlit, Snowflake, or Kubernetes is a plus.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
