Adobe is seeking an expert Product Manager to join the Adobe GenStudio Product Management team. GenStudio is an integrated portfolio of products designed to automate and accelerate every aspect of enterprise and digital agency content supply chains.
This high-visibility role requires developing and leading strategic goals to envision, build, and deliver Adobe’s technology solutions. These solutions empower enterprise customers and digital agencies to scale content, deliver hyper-personalized experiences, and build efficient content supply chains.
In this role, responsibilities will also include planning and roadmap activities across product teams, managing dynamic priorities, aligning core teams and partners, and communicating status both vertically and horizontally within the company and to customers. This cross-functional role involves collaboration with various teams at Adobe, as well as with customers and external vendors, playing a critical role in advancing the business.
Successful candidates will have a passion for solving complex enterprise challenges, a proven background in product management, and experience working with marketing teams, creative teams, and/or agencies. They will also be dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions to customers.
What You'll Do
Lead the planning and coordination of strategic product initiatives from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.
Stay ahead of industry trends, new technologies, and competitor activities to inform product strategy, innovation, and strategic investments.
Collaborate with design, engineering, product marketing, other product teams, and sales to align on product vision, strategy, go-to-market (GTM) plans, pricing, packaging, and business priorities.
Deliver high-quality products that address unmet user needs while mitigating risks related to business viability, value, feasibility, and usability.
Cultivate a user-centric approach to product development by incorporating user feedback, concept testing, and usability testing into an iterative development process.
Communicate with enterprise customers regularly to clearly understand their needs and pain points.
Design and conduct research and market analysis to build a deeper understanding of customers and their needs.
Develop and communicate a comprehensive product roadmap to product leadership and executive teams.
Present and influence decision-making by sharing concepts, business rationale, and key findings with stakeholders and senior directors.
Train sales, support, and consulting teams on how to sell, troubleshoot, and use the new technology being developed.
What You Will Need To Succeed
8+ years of product management experience.
Strong leadership skills to drive consensus on requirements and ensure timely decision-making.
A proactive and self-motivated attitude.
Knowledge of market-leading software in the marketing and creative industry.
Understanding of enterprise software sales.
Hands-on experience with product analytics software.
Experience developing enterprise-level software-as-a-service (SaaS).
Proficiency in defining roadmaps and delivering with teams using agile software development methodologies.
A pragmatic leader with a growth mindset, capable of driving both strategy and fast-paced execution.
Ability to establish a reason, validate hypotheses, and grow features from inception to market scalability.
Passion for constant optimization and improvement, with a steady focus on customer experience.
Proven success influencing peers across cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed and global organization.
Strong executive presence and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Flexible and ability to adapt to change with ease.
MBA or equivalent experience in a business-related field is preferred.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $146,800 -- $262,100 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
