The Opportunity

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Product Manager to join our Content Governance team based in Paris, to build the different platform components that will guarantee the compliance of our content, from ingestion to consumption, with the different regulations, policies, and our core values.
Adobe is developing the world’s most complete and robust platform for sourcing, ingesting and moderating creative content intended to be used for sub-licensing and models training.
The ideal candidate is an experienced product management, with a strong technical depth and strategic vision, paying attention to details and making data driven decisions. This person must have the ability to quickly get the nuances of the Stock industry, the AI/ML evolving landscape, and the rules & regulations governing these activities.
What you'll Do
Work closely with other Product Managers, Engineering, Legal department and Research teams to translate business needs into product requirements,
Drive the planning, implementation, and evolution of our governance systems, covering regularly additional data types, formats and classifications. Planning includes definition of internal and external requirements, competitive analysis, and implementation plans,
Prioritize and develop tools & workflows that will, by design, ensure content usage is always safe and compliant against our guidelines and policies
Collaborate with Content, Legal and Finance departments to develop and improve content usage tracking methods and creators’ compensation models
Work with the Data and Engineering teams on problematic patterns detection, and implement solutions to prevent bad behavior on our platform
Work with the Data team to define and track success metrics.
What you need to succeed
Strong experience in Program or Product Management of desktop software and/or web services
Ability to make decisions using both quantitative and qualitative data
Ability to plan, organize, and establish priorities to achieve results.
Experience in Agile and scrum methodologies
Familiarity with products or services related to the creative community
Experience developing product plans encompassing new product initiatives for desktop and/or web-based services products
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills:
Ability to articulate technical solutions to internal and external audiences
Ability to drive consensus and forward motion
Ability to shape constructive dialogue across a dynamic organization
Experience developing web software is a plus
