The Opportunity

Adobe is looking for an experienced  Professional Services Sales Manager to lead and grow our Professional Services business in Hong Kong. In this role, you will develop and implement sales strategies that drive bookings and revenue across the Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, build strategic partnerships, and work towards delivering business value to Adobe's clients through high-impact services engagements.

What you’ll do

  • Sales Leadership: Own Professional Services sales in Hong Kong, developing and implementing strategies to meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue and booking targets.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage CXOs at customer organizations to understand their digital transformation needs by positioning value of Adobe Professional Services
  • Solution Design: Partner with Solution Architects, Delivery teams, and Customer Success Managers to craft tailored services offerings that ensure successful implementation and adoption.
  • Pipeline Development: Identify, qualify, and run a pipeline of opportunities by engaging with new prospects and growing relationships within existing accounts.
  • Proposal & Contract Management: Own the development of proposals, SOWs (Statements of Work), and pricing strategies, ensuring adherence to Adobe standards.
  • Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain an accurate pipeline and provide regular updates to leadership on progress, forecasts, and key milestones.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay informed on market trends, customer challenges, and competitive offerings to strategically position Adobe's services for efficient customer impact.
  • Teamwork: Partner with Adobe's Sales and Customer Success teams to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities and to ensure a cohesive approach to client engagement.
  • Customer Success Focus: Maintain a customer-first demeanor, ensuring that services offerings are aligned with clients’ long-term success and that projects lead to measurable outcomes.

What you need to succeed

  • Experience: 12+ years of experience in sales, business development, or solution selling, preferably in professional services, software, or digital marketing.
  • Industry Expertise: Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, including Customer Experience Management (CXM), digital marketing, and SaaS business models.
  • Proven Track Record: Ability to achieve or exceed sales targets,
  • Client Relationship Management: Experience working with senior executives and managing strategic client relationships.
  • Negotiation Skills: Ability to effectively structure, negotiate, and close services contracts.
  • Communication & Presentation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas to diverse audiences, including executive-level clients.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work cross-functionally with Adobe’s internal teams, including Sales, Delivery, Product, and Customer Success.
  • Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Hong Kong market landscape and experience with enterprise clients.
  • Education: MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Bilingual: fluent in Cantonese preferrable
