The Opportunity

Adobe is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to provide financial and business partner support for Digital Media’s Enterprise business, reporting to the Finance Manager. This position will provide cross-functional engagement that will enable and influence key decision making. You will support topline through financial analysis and modeling to provide recommendations to senior management, driving strategic decision making. You’ll also drive quarterly financial reporting, intra-quarter forecasting, ad-hoc analytics, and other financial modeling.

What You’ll Do

  • Own financial business cases and scenario analysis to support new offerings, ensuring financial rigor when exploring opportunities for Adobe. Advise business strategy, opportunity sizing, pricing, and financial targets.
  • Support three-year strategic financial planning, setting the roadmap for Adobe's continued growth by collaborate with business owners to build long-term financial models.
  • Be the team champion and point of contact for finance-related system implementations and drive financial treatment for new offerings.
  • Ensure business partners are informed of weekly financial forecast and are actively addressing risks and opportunities within the DME Enterprise space.
  • Own quarter-end financial reporting, telling the “Why” behind financial performance.
  • Work with key business leaders to identify appropriate metrics to track and evaluate business performance.
  • Drive ad-hoc analysis for leadership.
  • Partner closely with IT, Finance Systems, and Finance counterparts to continually improve & enhance DME Enterprise’s reporting capabilities.

What You Need to Be Successful

  • BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
  • 7+ years of relevant finance experience. Previous experience in creating/maintaining financial models for a subscription/SaaS business a plus.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel required, with experience in relational databases, data manipulation (i.e. Alteryx), and data visualization (PowerBI, Tableau) preferred. Focus on building scalable analytics & reporting.
  • Self-starter who can take charge of complex tasks with minimal direction and develop new strategies and ways of approaching business challenges.
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills with ability to influence/drive decision making across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills, including ability to handle several projects at a time in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem solver who can challenge the status quo and drive new ways of thinking across the organization.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $96,100 -- $194,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
