The Opportunity
Join Adobe’s newly formed Treasury Process Optimization and Governance team as a Process Optimization Analyst Intern! We are on the lookout for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about partnering with financial services professionals to create cutting-edge solutions. This role is perfect for someone eager to leverage emerging technologies to drive data insights and operational efficiencies in areas such as investments, foreign exchange, and treasury operations.
What you'll Do
- Tool and Automation Development: Collaborate with Treasury and technical teams to engineer tools and automations that improve workflows, efficiencies, and data insights.
- Project Participation: Engage in key design, build, test, and deployment activities, providing cross-functional support as needed.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvements, partnering with SMEs and stakeholders to document requirements and determine the level of effort.
- Change Management: Influence partners and coach others to adopt new processes, inspiring change across the organization.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify risks in all assigned areas; work with teams and management to mitigate these risks before they become issues.
What you need to succeed
- Currently enrolled full time and pursuing a bachelor’s degree in finance or economics; or equivalent degree required with an expected graduation date of December 2025 – June 2026
- Ability to participate in a full-time internship between May-September
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Extra points for PowerBI.
- Basic understanding of financial markets terminology and process optimization tools is a plus.
