What Makes Us Unique
After only six weeks at Adobe, I’ve come to learn that our work is not just a drop in a bucket (yes, even as an intern). The reason for this is because Adobe’s work doesn’t stop in the “office” or when I clock out for the day. It continues in our day-to-day, in our conversations, our contributions to society, and in our communities. It’s uplifting our peers and always challenging ourselves to do better.
I understand that a lot of efforts in sales results in a “no.” However, this fact of life only encourages me to work harder. I feel that going the extra mile is always worth it because in sales, what most would deem as ‘luck’ is something that you can actionably work towards. To put in the extra effort and time to be thorough in your work and boost your luck in hearing a “yes” is deeply rewarding, and I strive to take that approach in every day of my internship.
I started my career at Adobe straight out of university in the Adobe Sales Academy in 2017. This is a great program where we teach new graduates the foundations and basic skills of sales.
Fast forward to now and I’m a Senior Account Executive for Adobe Sign. My role is to help current customers get the most value out of the solution, grow their spend, and find net new logos.
I loved the ASA program, especially the ASA team as everyone was always supportive and encouraging for your career development. I’m back full-time and can’t thank ASA enough for the opportunity to kick-start my career. I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else, truly.
I am a product of Adobe’s Student athlete internship Program. Winning 3 championships as a student athlete, I love that the Adobe sales is conducive to winning, productivity, and success.
From being an intern to now a full-time BDR, I’ve loved every second of my ASA experience. The ASA lays the groundwork for us to be successful in a full-time sales role. And I can’t say enough about their ability to hire and introduce us to truly great people; people who are driven wand make it easy to come into work every day!
During the internship, I learned that Adobe invests a significant amount of time, money, and resources into ensuring interns have the best experience possible. Whether it's making sure that both you and the team you support will truly benefit from your contributions to all the extras from swag to intern events, Adobe walks the walk when it comes to being a people- first company. I'm so grateful that I chose to come to Adobe and feel simply blessed that I was offered the opportunity to experience what this great company has to offer.
