The Opportunity
The APAC Growth Marketing team is seeking a highly motivated and data-driven individual for the position of Paid Media Marketing Manager, Mobile Apps APAC. The Marketing Manager, Korea Digital Media will be part of a team responsible for leading the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaign media plans that drive customer journeys and achieve business goals across Korea while running key mobile campaigns in APAC market. We are seeking a data-driven performance marketer with a profound grasp of advertising technology, audience management, the intricacies of the Korean media landscape and mobile campaign management.
This individual will be responsible for formulating strategic media plans, orchestrating campaign executions, and conducting performance analyses to optimize the customer journey. This role covers all products digital campaign activities of Adobe Creative Cloud, Document Cloud in Korea. What you’ll do
Planning
Responsible for Korea paid media initiatives focus on global & local display channels.
Develop overall Adobe Acrobat mobile apps paid media strategy in APAC.
Project manage the end-to-end delivery of local programs including campaign media brief, creative specs documentation, campaign set up, optimization and reporting.
Build and experiment on mobile campaigns across UAC (Universal App Campaigns) and ASA (Apple Search Ads) to drive app installs and usage.
Project manage end-to-end delivery of Adobe mobile apps paid media programs including campaign brief, creative specifications, set up, execution and define key metrics.
Using a data driven approach to make decisions, ensure design & deliver relevant, engaging & creative content to our target audience across each media channel.
Ability to work with creative teams to make use of the most effective creative and video assets to build compelling ads used in campaigns and to write supporting ad copies.
Develop the overall paid media strategy for Adobe mobile apps across various local market media vendors, while seeking innovation through new platforms to drive growth in Korea.
Execution
Executing campaign media plans, monitoring media performance, and optimizing campaigns toward predefined KPIs for each category, while understanding the behavior of key customers and the media strategy directions of each campaign.
Perform daily account activities & run all aspects of in platform media buys (Google ads, Naver, Kakao, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube & local display advertising networks), learning new platforms whilst keeping up with the industry.
Manage App Store ecosystem submission per OS to media vendors, enter steps to submit app updates, SDK approvals, and reviews management.
Fully responsible for implementing your deliverables, on time and in an efficient manner, working in partnership with other team members and external vendors.
Responsible for developing media recommendations on how digital channels can be used to integrate the consumer journey and being able to define the role of digital, closely aligning with channel specialists for execution and delivery.
Analyzing & Reporting
Communicate regularly with the broader team on basic daily/weekly campaign performance, optimizations, and delivery status to exceed business goals.
Help lead testing methodologies, reporting requirements, and tracking needs, to ensure full impact and efficiency across all our campaigns.
Analyze paid media performance to optimize campaign performance by weekly performance review with media agency to achieve ultimate target KPIs.
Prepare summarized deck of key performance of campaign or other test activities also help prepare commentary on presentations to provide insights to internal partners.
Engage closely with all key stakeholders to drive best practices, recommendations, meetings, and reporting by presenting sharable insights.
Managing & Operating
Managing the expenses of campaigns operating in Korea, executing budgets in accordance with established media plans, monitoring expenditure rates, and maintaining close communication with the finance team.
Collaborating closely with agencies and platforms responsible for media execution to achieve results through timely optimization and the introduction and execution of new products or ideas.
Understanding advertising technologies for each media, formulating pixel strategies to enhance media performance, collaborating with internal technical teams to implement them on websites, identifying issues and improvements, and utilizing audience data to operate campaigns.
Handling all operational tasks required for smooth cooperation with media agencies.
What you need to succeed
A degree in a business, tech, marketing related or analytical discipline.
8+ years’ experience as Digital Marketing Operation, managing paid media campaigns and/or with proven results via working as an agency, publisher, vendor, or brand.
Deep, hands-on experience with paid media campaign & Mobile app operation with media agency/ media Reps or directly on media platform.
Experience with web analytics and audience data platforms (Adobe Analytics & Audience Manager are a plus) and Branch based on Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
Passionate about Online Marketing, Digital Advertising as well as highly motivated to start a career in Performance Marketing for a global tech company.
Proactive, organized, analytical, detail oriented, persistent, and capable of balancing multiple projects and requests.
Outstanding interpersonal skills with an ability to deliver results working with cross-functional teams.
Excellent written and oral communication skills (Korean/ English)
