ACPC is the platform for multiple Adobe SaaS offerings, operated across multiple regions on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure. As a member of the Developer Productivity team, you will develop, deploy, and own internal tools, services and infrastructure.

You have a track record as a SRE in large-scale SaaS businesses, and a strong desire to implement initiatives and systems to improve reliability, availability, security, and privacy. You are familiar with DevOps and other agile methods. You thrive solving problems in real-time under pressure.
Your Responsibilities
Ensure the highest level of uptime and Quality of Service (QoS) to Adobe’s customers through operational excellence
- Define service level objectives (SLOs) and service level indicators (SLIs) to represent and measure service quality
- Embed with product teams (physically and/or virtually) to develop tight-knit teamwork/partnership
- Identify areas to improve service resiliency through techniques such as chaos engineering, performance/load testing, etc
- Support and maintain globally distributed multi-cloud (public and/or private) environments
- Automate common, repeatable tasks at a large scale to reduce toil
- Tackle performance and stability issues using a wide variety of tools
- Evaluate and manage application and environment security
- Participate in an on-call rotation as required
- Determine the root cause for all production level incidents and write corresponding high-quality RCA reports
- Promote the DevOps/SRE mentality
- Willingness to work in a team and actively contribute to the team culture
Your Skills
- Programming skills and practical experience in at least one (but preferably more) of the following languages: Python, Ruby, Go or Java
- Knowledge about methods to ensure functional correctness of software and how to create readable and maintainable code
- Knowledge about web services and related technologies like HTTP, JSON and web server.
- Dedication to team-work, self-organization, and continuous improvement
- Knowledge of modern, continuous development techniques and pipelines (Agile, Kanban, CI/CD, Jenkins, Git, 12-factor)
- Knowledge about and familiarity with infrastructure technologies used in distributed cloud systems like NoSQL databases, IaaS providers, infrastructure as code and monitoring tools
- Familiar with a variety of cloud and automation concepts, practices, and procedures
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in English
