We are seeking a highly skilled, motivated and detail-orientated Senior Digital Marketing Manager to drive strategic 1:1 Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and 1:few Vertical Marketing campaigns for key enterprise accounts. This role will work closely with regional field marketing, marketing operations and Data & Analytics teams to deliver personalised, high-impact marketing programmes that drive engagement, pipeline, and revenue growth.
The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of enterprise B2B marketing, account-based strategies, digital personalisation, and vertical-specific messaging. They use data to make decisions, are passionate about achieving goals, and can work effectively in a diverse, dynamic setting.
What You’ll Do:
1:1 Account-Based Marketing (ABM):
Develop and complete highly personalised digital 1:1 ABM campaigns for strategic enterprise accounts, aligning closely with sales and account teams
Leverage intent data, firmographics, and behavioral insights to tailor messaging and digital experiences to key accounts
Collaborate with web, content and field marketing teams to build custom landing pages, dynamic ads, and personalised email nurtures for targeted accounts
Use platforms to implement and measure campaign efficiency
One to Few Vertical Marketing:
Develop and implement industry-specific digital marketing campaigns targeting key verticals (e.g., financial services, manufacturing, retail)
Complete industry-specific multi-channel digital marketing campaigns using paid media and email
Act as the bridge between the centralised EMEA digital marketing team and regional field marketing teams, ensuring alignment on messaging, audience targeting, and campaign execution
Support regional teams with digital amplification of events to drive high-value engagement
Provide field marketing teams with digital expertise, strategy and insights
Performance Tracking & Optimisation:
Track and analyse campaign performance, engagement metrics, and contribution to pipeline and revenue
Optimise campaigns using A/B testing, personalisation tactics, and real-time adjustments based on data insights
Report on important data and insights to collaborators, showcasing return on investment and campaign efficiency
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
Proven experience of B2B digital marketing, preferably in enterprise software, SaaS, or technology industries
Proven experience in ABM and vertical marketing with a track record of driving engagement and pipeline from key accounts
Strong understanding of digital channels including paid media, LinkedIn, programmatic advertising, and email marketing
Hands-on experience with Demandbase, Marketo, Salesforce and PowerBi preferred
Experience working with regional field marketing and sales teams in a highly collaborative environment
Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to campaign optimisation
Strong communication and collaborator management skills
Creative thinking and a passion for innovation and testing
Proactive, flexible and enthusiastic approach to work
Excellent social skills with the ability to communicate to a variety of people
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Well organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
