The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Go-to-Market Strategy and Execution person to join the team. The ideal candidate will focus on developing and executing strategies to improve sales performance, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives for the Field Sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of go-to-market strategies
- Drive execution across the global field sales teams to improve sales performance
- Collaborate with senior leadership, sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Focus on driving concepts to execution with sales outcomes as a priority
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to inform strategic decision-making and enhance sales performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in sales, marketing, or strategy roles within the technology industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on improving sales performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
