The Opportunity

We are currently hiring for an experienced Director of Product Management to coordinate our pivotal initiatives surrounding enterprise systems. This involves leading our SAP ERP, Contract Licensing Platform, CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), Ordering, Billing, and Provisioning processes. In this role, you will drive the product vision, strategy, and execution for these systems, ensuring alignment with our company’s business objectives.

This position will have a meaningful role in crafting our technology landscape, optimizing operations, and delivering scalable solutions that improve our customer experience and internal efficiencies.

What you'll Do

Lead the Product Strategy: Define and implement the product roadmap for the ERP, CPQ, Licensing, Ordering, Billing, and Provisioning systems, aligning with company goals.

Building Partnerships: Engage in close collaboration with multi-functional teams, such as Finance, Sales, Operations, and Engineering, to see opportunities for optimizing processes and enabling digital transformation.

Product Ownership: Coordinate the entire product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery, for enterprise systems. Drive continuous improvements and innovations in system functionality and user experience.

Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors (e.g., SAP, Pros) to ensure efficient system performance, support, and future improvements.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data analytics to monitor performance, assess impact, and make informed decisions on system improvements.

Team Leadership: Develop, mentor, and lead a team of product managers and business analysts, encouraging a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Compliance & Security: Ensure all systems meet compliance, security, and privacy requirements, particularly in relation to licensing and billing processes.

What you need to succeed :

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field; Equivalent experience or a Bachelor’s degree is acceptable. Possessing an MBA or advanced degree is an advantage.
  • Capability in handling complex, multi-functional projects and leading product teams in an agile environment.
  • Proficient in contract licensing, pricing strategies, order-to-cash processes, and billing systems.
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Good communication and customer management skills, with an ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, SaaS solutions, and enterprise software.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $151,500 -- $294,400 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
