Why Adobe?
Adobe is where "what if?" becomes "why not": our curiosity, inventiveness, and optimism changes how the world works, innovates, and thrives. Here's how we're supporting our people to create better experiences.
Your wellbeing matters.
Staying well.
When you feel well, you do well — both professionally and personally. That’s why we provide wellness reimbursement for activities, massages, gym equipment, and more. Not only that, we offer free meditation services, and employee assistance programs, so that you can be your best self.
Recharging.
In a hard-charging work environment, it’s good to pause and recharge. So we don’t just offer generous time off, we actively encourage you to use it for vacations, holidays, company breaks, leaves of absence, or personal reasons. Employees also receive a paid sabbatical for every five years of service.
Learning.
Grow your skills and feed your curiosity in a rich learning environment that offers generous educational reimbursement for eligible courses and programs, on-demand access to training through LinkedIn Learning and Harvard ManageMentor, leadership development, and more. For our graduate hires, Adobe even provides them $10,000 to put towards paying student loans!
Giving Back.
Change the world through great software and good works. We match your donations of time and treasure to eligible nonprofits and schools, we give you funds and opportunities to take action in your local community, and we tie your pro bono projects and nonprofit board service to your professional development plans.
From GHC to #AdobeLife
"When I was interviewing for my internship, everyone I interacted with kept saying the company culture was what they liked the most about Adobe. At that time, I didn’t fully comprehend how unique that culture was, but I got to experience it firsthand throughout my journey from an intern to full-timer and witnessing how the company has been handling the pandemic with the primary focus centered around employees’ wellbeing. There are also so many cool opportunities for growth, personal development, as well as ways to get involved outside your work. My advice for GHC attendees interested in joining Adobe is to learn as much as possible about how Adobe uniquely sits at the intersection of different industries and to try to develop that holistic understanding of how the ecosystem works in its entirety rather than just the standalone products. Best of luck and enjoy vGHC21!"

"Even at the end of my internship, the fact that I interviewed and joined such a large and established company like Adobe feels surreal. I felt intimidated at first, but the genuine interactions I had during interviews and during my internship made me feel valued as a person. Adobe constantly asked for feedback to improve the program, and my individual team kept me involved by asking and adjusting to how I wanted to grow. Despite being virtual, the connections I’ve made and experiences I’ve had at Adobe are irreplaceable."
— Stephanie Tran, Software Engineer Intern, Adobe Spark
