Adobe was founded on three fundamental principles: our people are our most important assets, good ideas come from everywhere, and build a company where you’d want to work yourself. Forty years later, Adobe continues to invest in building a diverse and inclusive environment for our employees, customers, partners, and the tech industry. We call our vision Adobe for All, and we work toward these core beliefs every day.

Our Communities

At Adobe, we have Employee networks which are groups that build community, connection, and inclusion for Adobe employees from underrepresented groups. Communities@Adobe connects employees with similar interests and passions, promotes inclusion, and creates a healthy, fun, and collaborative workplace through our Employee Networks and Employee Clubs.

CSR & Community Impact at Adobe

We are committed to supporting the broader community, and actively encourage our employees to do the same. Donations made to eligible charities by each employee is matched 1:1 by Adobe. For every hour our employees volunteer, we contribute an individual volunteer grant for employees to donate to the charity of their choice.
